Orchard
Apart from its name ‘Orchard’ and the fact that it would contain Fernet Branca, almost nothing was certain. What seemed like a difficult task, took us barely five minutes of brainstorming. Two minutes for a demo. By the tenth minute, we had exactly what we were looking for. Its name is fruit orchard, yes. But Fernet is unmistakably its opposite. The result? Brilliant. Fernet’s aroma became the buzzing bees in that orchard. When Fernet is shaken hard with banana, vanilla, and lime, it strangely makes you feel right there, in that orchard. A recipe that definitely needs to be tried. --- Fernet Branca, Galliano Vanilla, Banana Oleo, Lime.
Rasputin
You know that song, Boney M. - Rasputin? And probably you know the rest. Just like the Grigori Rasputin, our cocktail is off the limits by the time. Knows no boundries. Deeply aromatic yet clear. --- Lemongrass Infused Gin, Green Apple, Simple Syrup, Bergamot, Acid Blend.
Meiji
Named after the former Japanese emperor, the Meiji brings a fresh twist to the classic Negroni, just as he did to Japan. While the Negroni is still excellent in its current form, it was designed for palates that might find Gin, Campari, and Red Vermouth too much. It's the first step toward the Negroni. --- London Dry Gin, Campari, Pomegranate, Orange Juice, Yuzu. with Maraschino cherry.
Aurora
Named after the Goddess of Dawn, this glass evokes the meeting of sea and misty sky, blending shades of blue and green. It’s a living proof that simplicity — without overcomplicating or relying on countless modern techniques — can create something truly wonderful on the palate. --- Nordic Berries Liquor, Coconut Liquor, Lime Juice, Simple Syrup.
Seraphine
In this project, the recipe came first. We decided on the name only after seeing the cocktail in the glass. After drawing inspiration from ancient mythologies, we wanted to add a touch from fantasy worlds or gaming universes. Previously, we included names like Manwë and Radagast from J.R.R. Tolkien’s world, and Ahzar from Ottoman Language in our menus. This creation’s name comes from the League of Legends universe. The imaginary character the glass evoked for us was exactly from that game. --- Raspberri Vodka, Fresh Strawberry, Lime Juice, Saline.
One Scoville
Not that hot, just 'A Scoville'. Passion fruit and spice. It's the next 'sex on the beach' in these days. It is so popular right now, everyone doing it, everyone try to do someting with it, . But we can assure you, we are making even better. In every step. --- Chilli Infused Tequila, Passion Fruit, Spice Mix, Sea Salt, Hot Pepper Pulp.
Calypso
Named After the Olympian goddess. Calypso, whose greatest battle and punishment was loneliness. Also known as the Mysterious Goddess. This is where our cocktail's connection to Calypso begins. Everyone who visits her island falls in love with her, but abandons her end of the day. This is precisely Calypso's curse. Your lips touches rim of the glass, meets with the creamy foam, and always have to leave.. Every sip begins with creamy foam on the lips, merges with fruit and daisy on the palate, and tinges with a divine fragrance on the nose. --- Rum, Licor 43, Wild Lemon, Daisy, Refined Mango & Pineapple
Moirai
Inspired by the silent weavers of fate — the Moirai, three sisters who bind beginning and end in a single knot. Atropos spins the thread of life, Clotho winds it into a skein, and Lachesis cuts it to bring life to its close. This glass belongs to them: every sip a hidden tangle of threads. Mezcal’s smoke coils like the breath of destiny, woven together with the sharpness of lime and green apple. Passion fruit offers a fleeting sweetness — but vinegar’s whisper erases every promise: nothing lasts forever. From the first taste to the final drop, you fall into their loom — everything you taste is their choice, and so is the cut. --- Mezcal, Passion Fruit, Vinegar, Green Apple, Lime Juice.
